A: 12 months without opening the original package.

A: Generally speaking, 30 days. But we have “green channel” for your urgent orders.
Q: Are you textile fabrics are treated with Flame Retardant ?
A: On customer's request, all the textile fabrics could be treated with Flame Retardant with B1(DIN 4102-B1), NFPA 701.
Q: How to cut your textile fabrics ? With hot knife or cold knife ?
A: This depending on the constructions of the different fabrics, please refer to products introduction or data sheet for finding mote details.
