1. Prepare raw materials: The production of 301 stainless steel plate requires the use of high-quality stainless steel coil as raw materials.

2. Raw material cutting: After rolling material enters the processing workshop, length cutting should be carried out first, so as to meet the needs of different customers.

3. Surface treatment: Surface treatment is carried out on the cut coil to remove dirt and oxides, making the surface smoother and easier to process in the subsequent process.

4. Cold rolling: after surface treatment of stainless steel plate into the cold rolling machine press, through continuous rolling, make it gradually become more flat, more uniform, but also make its mechanical properties have been effectively improved.

5. Annealing: after cold rolling, the steel plate will become hard, the need for annealing treatment, so that the steel plate balance, relaxed state, in order to avoid cracks and deformation.

6. Trimming and leveling: after annealing, stainless steel plate needs trimming and leveling, so that its size and shape can meet customer requirements.

7. Cold winding: after trimming and smoothing, 301 stainless steel plate into the cold winding machine for processing, the role of cold winding machine is to roll the stainless steel plate into a scroll, so as to facilitate storage, transportation and sales.

8. Packaging: After cold rolling, the stainless steel reel needs to be packed. The packing box needs to be moisture-proof, shock-proof and other functions to ensure that the stainless steel plate will not be damaged in the process of storage and transportation.

9. Finished product storage: After packaging, the stainless steel plates are stored in the finished product warehouse for further sale and use.
